Mission Bay Sportcenter is hiring for two active customer-facing roles: Dock Attendant and Front Desk Attendant. If you are dependable, energetic, and good with people, this is a chance to be part of the day-to-day experience that gets guests out on the water.

Open positions

Two roles. One waterfront team.

Both positions are important to the guest experience. One keeps operations moving at the dock. The other keeps check-ins, reservations, and customer flow organized at the front desk.

Position 01

Dock Attendant

This role is ideal for someone who likes being active, working outdoors, and helping guests get safely and smoothly onto the water. Dock Attendants help keep rentals moving, support launching and returns, and represent the business directly on the waterfront.

Best fit for Reliable, physically active, friendly people who are comfortable outside and around boats or watersports equipment.
Main focus Guest assistance, equipment flow, dock organization, and helping operations stay safe and efficient.
Day-to-day vibe Fast-moving, hands-on, team-oriented, and highly visible to customers throughout the day.
Position 02

Front Desk Attendant

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, personable, and calm under pressure. Front Desk Attendants help customers with bookings, check-ins, questions, and the overall first impression of Mission Bay Sportcenter.

Best fit for Friendly communicators who can stay organized, multitask well, and keep a professional attitude during busy rushes.
Main focus Reservations, customer support, check-in flow, paperwork support, and keeping the front office experience smooth.
Day-to-day vibe Customer-facing, detail-oriented, fast-paced, and critical to the overall experience guests have when they arrive.
