Mission Bay Sportcenter is hiring customer-facing team members for a fast-paced waterfront rental environment in San Diego. We are currently accepting applications for Dock Attendant and Front Desk Attendant roles. Pay starts at $17.75/hr plus tips.
Two roles. One waterfront team.
Both positions are customer-facing and important to the guest experience. The dock keeps rentals moving. The front desk keeps check-ins, reservations, phones, and customer flow organized.
Dock Attendant
Active outdoor work helping guests with rentals, equipment, dock flow, launch support, returns, and day-to-day waterfront operations. Best for someone dependable, friendly, physically active, and comfortable working outside.
Front Desk Attendant
Customer-facing office work helping guests with bookings, check-ins, phones, paperwork, questions, and the first impression of Mission Bay Sportcenter. Best for someone organized, personable, and calm during busy rushes.
