Mission Bay Locals Pass Terms & Conditions
By enrolling in the Mission Bay Locals Pass, the customer agrees to the following terms:
- The Mission Bay Locals Pass costs $100 per month and requires a 12-month commitment.
- A $100 initiation fee is due at the time of sign-up.
- Membership is billed monthly according to the active billing schedule established at enrollment.
- Members receive 50% off paddleboards, kayaks, and sailboats, and 20% off jet skis, power boats, and pontoons.
- The monthly membership fee applies toward rentals according to current membership program rules.
- The member must be present to receive membership benefits.
- Membership rentals are handled at the front desk only unless otherwise announced by Mission Bay Sportcenter.
- Rentals are subject to availability and offered on a first come, first served basis.
- Membership discounts do not stack with other promotions, specials, coupons, event pricing, group rates, discounted time slots, early bird pricing, or any other reduced-rate offer.
- Membership benefits are non-transferable unless otherwise stated in writing by Mission Bay Sportcenter.
- Membership has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Unused monthly value, if any, is subject to the current membership usage rules established by Mission Bay Sportcenter.
- All rentals remain subject to normal operating policies, age requirements, safety rules, waiver requirements, and equipment eligibility requirements.
- Mission Bay Sportcenter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue membership benefits, pricing, eligible equipment categories, and operating rules with appropriate notice, subject to applicable law and the active membership agreement.
- Violation of rental rules, safety policies, or misuse of membership benefits may result in suspension or termination of the membership.
